The station list, what a partner gets, what it costs and the FAQ are all on the other side of this. We ask who you are so we know who we are replying to — nothing else, and there is no fee at any stage.
Hello,
You are reading this because we asked for you by name.
At the 2027 World Championship in Singapore we are building the EPIC Tech Zone — a working floor where the best technology in pickleball runs live, for four days, in front of a thousand players from thirty countries. There is no open call. My team drew up a shortlist of the companies leading this industry, and yours is on it.
The opportunity in Asia is enormous, and we watch too many great products stop at the water's edge. We built the Zone to change that — and if this region is anywhere in your plans, we would be proud to be the way your business grows into it.
The pages below make the full case. I hope you will mark the stations that fit, and let us take it from there.
Four days at the Kallang Tennis Hub, with your technology in the hands of the players you are trying to reach.

EPIC 2026 drew partners across automotive, insurance, beverage, equipment, brokerage and telecoms — most entering pickleball for the first time, choosing EPIC as the way in. The Tech Zone is the 2027 category. It does not exist yet.
Marks are reproduced from the EPIC brand asset library.

Four dedicated courts — a full tennis-court takeover at Kallang — plus a perimeter strip, running 08:00 to 22:00 across four days of competition. Players rotate through between matches; spectators walk in off the concourse. Nothing is a mock-up: every system runs live, in tropical heat, in front of a global field.
Every station in the EPIC Tech Zone ends the same way — by writing something into the player's DUPR account. A rating. A stat line. A highlight.
DUPR is the global rating standard and underpins EPIC's entire division structure. It makes the Zone one connected system rather than a dozen booths — and it means your product is remembered not as a queue, but as the thing that changed a number a player carries all season.
Mark as many as you like — marking commits you to nothing, there is no limit, and no advantage to being early. Two are chosen for each. Stations follow the player's route through the Zone.
Tick every station you would want to be considered for. Each one joins your expression of interest and travels with the form at the bottom of the page — nothing to write out.
Pickleball was built in the United States. Its next hundred million players will not be American. Research published by UPA Asia with YouGov measured the shift across twelve Asian territories, and the numbers are not incremental.

Source: UPA Asia / YouGov research across twelve Asian territories. Market analysts separately identify Asia-Pacific as the fastest-growing region in pickleball equipment. India alone is estimated at over 178 million frequent players; China over 60 million.
Almost every company we have approached is American: strong at home, no operating presence in Asia, and a board that has asked about the region in the last twelve months. Nobody knows where to start — because the usual routes all ask you to spend first and find out later.
Conversations with buyers who have never picked up a paddle.
Every meeting stalls on the same question — who else in Asia already uses this?
Fixed cost carried for a year or more before a single unit ships.
A report. Useful — and still not one person in the region has held your product.
Costs above are indicative and vary widely by company and market. The point is not the exact figure — it is that every alternative asks you to commit before you learn anything.
This is the cheapest serious way to find out whether Asia wants what you have built — and the only one where you find out by watching people use it.
A trade show tells you what buyers think. The Tech Zone tells you what players do. Every station is staffed, supervised and instrumented, and you are standing at yours — not watching a video of it afterwards.
Modelled capacity for the full 08:00–22:00 operating window across all four days, at planning assumptions. Attended visits, not bookings.

Over a thousand amateur athletes, from complete beginners to advanced, using your product without a salesperson explaining it first. You will learn more in one morning at Kallang than in a quarter of user interviews.
Late April in Singapore is roughly thirty-two degrees and humid. Batteries, adhesives, optics, touchscreens and cooling all behave differently here. No American or European event can give you this data, and every Asian customer will eventually ask for it.
The question that stalls every Asian distributor conversation is "who else out here uses this?". After April you have an answer with a government-backed championship attached to it.
Not staged, not paid, not your own team. Four days of usable content shot with real players, yours to run for the rest of the year. The 2026 automotive partners did exactly this.
Players arrive from more than thirty countries. You will find out which parts of your interface, your onboarding and your assumptions do not survive contact with a non-American user.
Regional buying power, expectations and comparison points are not American ones. Four days of direct conversation is a faster pricing study than any survey you could commission.
The championship is four days; the network runs all year. Partner clubs and qualifying tournaments feed players toward Kallang from twenty-three territories, and a Select Partner is introduced to that network as the technology EPIC chose. For a company with no regional footprint, that is worth more than the booth.

If your product needs venues, distribution or a first regional reference customer more than it needs a booth, say so on the form. That is a different and often better conversation.
Equipment, software, hardware or service for the full four days, delivered to Kallang and operated on the floor, with at least one of your own people on the station. Freight, install and insurance are yours.
The minimum cash commitment for a Select Partner position, payable on selection — not on application. It funds the build, the power and network, the credential system and the promotion that puts players in front of you.
The two go together. A Select Partner position is the cash and the product and the staffing — we do not take product in place of the fee. The technology makes the station work; the fee makes the Zone exist. If this is not the year you can commit at that level, say so on the form and we will keep you on the list for the next edition.
US$10,000 is a floor, not a price. Positions above Select Partner — larger footprints, presenting rights and full category exclusivity — exist for a small number of stations and are set in conversation. Say so on the form and we will open that one instead.
All EPIC contracting and banking is in Singapore dollars. US dollar figures on this page are indicative and convert at the prevailing rate on the date of agreement.
Why 1 October is the date: it is the last date that still leaves time for sea freight from China or the United States, customs clearance, and a power and network plan for the venue.
We have your name and where to reach you. What is left is what you would bring and where you would sit. No fee, no obligation — we read everything, reply to everyone, and start shortlist conversations in October.
We read everything and reply to everyone within five working days. Conversations with the shortlist begin in October.
